We also provide an AI chat bot on our website and voice AI via phone which provides assistance in your leasing process while the office staff is away or busy assisting other customers.
What are the application requirements?
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Income and assets must be accurate and will be verified.
Minimum income must equal 2.5 times the rent per month.
Bankruptcy, judgements, money owed, and evictions from previous landlords may result in application denial.
Criminal history, felony, and/or misdemeanor convictions including but not limited to sexual offense and/or drug related cases may result in application denial.
How much is the application fee(s)?
The application fee is $22.00 per adult 18 years of age and older. All payments must be made via cashier's check or money order.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is $300 with approved credit for each floor plan and is required within 7 days of application approval.
Do we accept pets?
We are a pet friendly community that allows a limit of 2 pets. Pets must be 65 lbs or less each. A $300 refundable pet deposit is required, along with a monthly pet fee of $20/per pet.
Do we accept Section 8 or any type of Housing Vouchers?
We accept Section 8 and any of the following Housing Vouchers:
- Victoria Housing Authority
Are your apartments income based?
No, our apartments are, however, income restricted. Income restrictions limit the maximum allowable income for applicants. However, these requirements do not determine pricing.
What are your leasing terms?
We offer a 12 month leasing term only.
What utilities are the residents responsible for?
Residents are responsible for paying for gas and electricity. We cover the water, trash, and sewer.
